Home Health Aides are an integral part of our support system

Home Health Aide (HHA)

All Care’s clients include elders, children and people with disabilities, all of whom may be in need of home-based health services because of chronic disease, a debilitating physical or cognitive condition, or other temporary or long-term conditions. While there is no single solution that meets the needs of all clients; we believe our flexibility will provide your loved one(s) the best and the most appropriate level of care. Quality of life, independence, and comfort are key components to provide the best service in the comfort of their own homes. Occasional visits or 24-hour care — we’re here.

Our HHA services include, but are not limited to:
  • Home exercise program assistance
  • Bathing, toileting, and/or dressing assistance
  • Vital signs and other in-home, health-related tasks monitoring
  • Food preparation for clients with special diets and assisting with feeding
  • Client transfer to and from medical facilities
  • Ambulation assistance
  • Medication reminders
  • Medical appointment accompaniment
  • Light Laundry/Housekeeping
